As a small business within the meaning of § 19 Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG, German VAT Act), no value-added tax is charged or shown. For subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play, the respective store operator acts as the merchant and itself shows the taxes applicable there.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws. However, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected by this.
