All prices include VAT. Purchase, billing and cancellation take place via the Apple App Store or Google Play respectively; prices may vary slightly by country. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen term (monthly/yearly) and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the term, in the store settings. “Lifetime” means a one-time purchase with access to the app's Premium+ features for the lifetime of the product, with 600 AI actions per year of use (carry-over up to 1,200, up to 30 a day; details in § 5a of the Terms).
Founder pack: the first 100
The first 100 first-time paid Premium annual subscriptions get founder status: a permanent founder number, the founder badge, the “Founder” colour scheme, your own name on the founders' page in the app if you wish, and a say in new features. The status stays even if the subscription ends. On top, a price guarantee applies as long as your annual subscription runs without interruption. Monthly plans, Premium+ and Lifetime do not count. Details in the terms (§ 5c).
Christmas markets 2026 in the app
This season, TravelMaster Go shows Christmas markets in 21 cities in Germany and Austria: 307 markets with their location on the map, many of them with a link to the official website. The seasonal worlds are part of Premium.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. TravelMaster Go can be used without signing in; as a guest, your trip data stays on the device. The AI companion Coco and the booking scanner need a free account, cloud sync and forwarding booking emails need Premium.
Does the app work offline?
The essentials do: your plan, documents and emergency numbers are on the device on every plan, and with Premium one tap also adds the places and weather of your destination; offline maps come with Premium+. The AI companion Coco needs an internet connection.
How much does TravelMaster Go cost?
Getting started is free. Premium costs €5.99 a month or €49.99 a year, Premium+ €9.99 a month or €89.99 a year, Lifetime €149.99 one-off. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, and prices may vary slightly by country.
Which devices and languages is the app available for?
For iPhone and Android: the iPhone version launches on the App Store on 17 November 2026, the Android version on Google Play on 1 December 2026. The app comes in 13 languages and knows emergency numbers for 115 countries, also offline.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on servers in Ireland. Requests to the AI companion are processed by Google in Frankfurt and by Anthropic (USA), with the transfer to the USA safeguarded by standard contractual clauses; details in the privacy policy.
Is this the public transport app “TravelMaster” from South Yorkshire?
No. TravelMaster Go is an independent travel and leisure app, developed by Thomas Althaus in Langenbrettach (Baden-Württemberg). It has nothing to do with “TravelMaster”, the public transport tickets in South Yorkshire (UK).
